Shannex Launches Bloomsbury

A new destination for connection, wellbeing, and everyday discovery is coming to Bedford.

Shannex has officially announced the launch of Bloomsbury, a destination lifestyle community designed around the idea that life is richer when people have opportunities to connect, explore, learn, and thrive. Located in the Larry Uteck area, Bloomsbury will bring together residences, dining, retail, wellness, and social experiences within a vibrant, walkable neighbourhood.

At the heart of the community is Allbright Life, a new Club and residential experience centred on belonging, wellness, connection, recreation, learning, and discovery. Together, Bloomsbury and Allbright Life create a place where everyday life is shaped by meaningful experiences, spontaneous connections, and opportunities to engage with the world around you.

The first phase of Bloomsbury is expected to open in 2026, introducing a unique mix of public amenities and exclusive Club experiences designed to bring people together.
